Mobile World Congress is around the corner and all the major handset maker are there to unveil new devices. Well, Someone has spoiled the party of Sony at MWC as press render of Xperia XZ2 appear online. Rumors are that Sony may unveil three high-end flagship devices– Xperia XZ2, Xperia XZ2 Compact and a Suprise maybe Xperia XZ2 Pro. Also, three new devices appear online earlier this week on Geekbench Benchmark.
A press image appear online via Serial Leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks) shows front view of Xperia XZ2 and rare view of Xperia XZ2 Compact and with this Sony is all set to adopt a new design with 3D glass on both sides offering a larger screen to body ratio with a glossy finish contrasted by non-scratch polycarbonate finish protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Evan Blass is popular for providing major specification and press render of flagship before the company makes it official. His information is pretty much on-spot most of the times and sheds some light on what phones would be like before its official announcement.
Both devices Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 compact have an almost same specification and is powered by same Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and runs on Android Oreo 8.0.0 out of the box. The XZ2 offer 3180mah battery while 2870mah for XZ2 Compact.
Sony Xperia XZ2 features 5.7-inch Full HD LCD display with 1080p+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The back is equipped with a fingerprint scanner and 19MP rear camera with LED flash capable of 4K HDR recording and offer Full HD recording in Super-Slow motion.
Sony removes the 3.5 mm audio jack and offers stereo speakers and wireless charging to Xperia XZ2. The Compact model gets neither and no words for waterproofing. According to a leak, these devices offer Black, Silver, Green and Pink color.
Both devices are going to unveil at Sony event on Monday at Mobile World Congress 2018.
