Sony unveils three smartphones – Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra and Xperia L2 but the company holds some high-end smartphones which are likely to be unveiled at MWC 2018 which held in Barcelona, Spain every year. A report suggests Sony going to unveil three high-end smartphones – Xperia XZ1 Premium, Xperia XZ1 Plus and Xperia XZ1s at MWC 2018.
But a leaked information from China suggests a new high-end smartphone named Sony Xperia XZ pro is expected to be unveiled at MWC 2018. This high-end smartphone is going to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.
Reportedly, Sony Xperia XZ Pro comes with 5.7 inch OLED display with 4K resolution and with this Sony may join the popular trend of 2017 i.e, 18:9 aspect ratio. Also, it may have 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage as Snapdragon 845 is compatible with 6GB RAM.
Sony Xperia XZ Pro includes Dual rear camera setup which is 18MP with 1.33μm pixel size and 12MP sensor with 1.38μm pixel size and 13MP selfie shooter. It features IP68 water and dust resistance certification and equipped with 3420Mah battery and are going to be available for single SIM and dual SIM variant and runs on Android Oreo 8.0 out of the box.
Sony Xperia XZ Pro is expected to launch first in China for CNY 6000 which is $931 for the current exchange rate.
